Does it matter? On Balance Volume? Well, yes it does. This indicator should be going up and it's still negative. Fortunately all the other indicators are still healthy so it should be alright for now. The market has been going up hasn't it?
But do remember, we are still in a major Bear Market so keep on your toes. This could just be a rally in a big downtrend. Unless this market just absolutely falls apart suddenly we should know enough when its getting weak and once more going down.
