Slight Improvement

I noted a slight improvement in one of the indicators I follow. This tells me that downward momentum since our sell signal on Jan 13th has slackened up a bit. Not enough to get exited about but enough to make one get up on their hind legs and take notice! We will see if the next few days show a shift. A bull signal is the only thing we are looking for in the end of course.
